After your enquiry, we confirm the dates and rental tier, then arrange a meeting time at our Sungai Buloh office or, for the touring rental, at the door-step. At handover we walk through the vehicle, paperwork, and route notes at a steady pace.
A valid Malaysian driving licence or an accepted international permit, a second form of ID such as a passport, and the booking reference we send by email. International drivers are welcome to contact us beforehand about permit acceptance.
Most enquiries receive a response within one working day. We generally recommend booking three to seven days ahead for compact and sedan rentals, and around two weeks ahead for the weeklong touring rental.
Each rental tier has a single published rate in Malaysian Ringgit covering the stated period. A refundable deposit applies, returned after the vehicle review at the end of the rental. Payment terms are explained clearly before booking.

Child seats are available on request for the compact and sedan tiers — please mention this at the enquiry stage. Extensions are handled case by case and depend on the booking calendar.
